Mississippi State came in to Wednesday night’s match up against FSU following a tough loss to University of Missouri – Kansas City.  Unfortunately for the Bulldogs, they failed to bounce back against the ‘Noles.  FSU won big, 90-66.

Other than an 11-0 Mississippi State run early in the first half, Florida State dominated this ball game.  Dwayne Bacon and Malik Beasley, the two usual suspects, turned in very impressive performances for the ‘Noles, combining for 37 points on only 23 shots.  However, some might argue that Boris Bojanovsky was the most valuable player for Florida State.  The 7’3″ big man went 2/2 from the field, but more importantly 7-9 from the free throw line.  He also amassed 6 rebounds.

The Seminoles improved to 7-2 and hope to build on that win total with a game against Florida Atlantic University on Saturday.  The game will be played at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida; tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET.
