Commitment Impact: Ira Henry to FSU

The offensive line room in Tallahassee needs a complete overhaul and that process is still ongoing. But getting Ira Henry inked is an excellent building block to make this happen. The Missouri native comes from an excellent program and will bring that mentality to the FSU locker room.

Henry is well built at 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds and packs a powerful punch at the line of scrimmage. His feet and overall technique need work but he is a high ceiling prospect that Greg Frey can coach up over the course of his career here. FSU needed tackles and Henry is an excellent get for the future.

The three-star prospect joins Darius Washington as the second linemen to sign with the ‘Noles today. They both are good building blocks as this team looks to the future of the position.
