Former player rips Florida State after win

Florida State turned it around in the second half to save itself from embarrassment against Samford on Saturday. Obviously, no one within the program or outside of it expected the first two weeks of the Taggart Era to begin like this.

There’s been a lot of criticism of the players, coaches, program, heck even the beat writers, floating around social on media from the fanbase. Now, former players are starting to chime in.

Former Florida State linebacker Jacob Pugh, who averaged roughly two tackles per game during his career at the university, blasted the Seminoles on Instagram on Monday.

Commenting on a post celebrating FSU’s first win of 2018, Pugh wrote, “Ya’ll still sorry.”

`Noles defensive end Janarius Robinson, who played with Pugh for two seasons, responded to the criticism, “wild bro.”

It’s never a good look for former players to be bashing a program on social media, especially when those players were more noteworthy for disappearing than performing on the field.
