Noles in the Pros: A Nole continues making NFL history

There is no question that Bill’s running back Lesean McCoy is a freak of nature; but former Seminole running back Karlos Williams is definitely making a name for himself in Buffalo.

The Bills’ fifth-round pick, has missed some playing time due to a concussion, but he returned to action on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins and scored two touchdowns. The most in one game of his NFL career.

It comes as no surprise to FSU fans that Williams has found his niche in Buffalo. The rookie has scored in all four of the games that he has played this season and he continued that streak on Sunday.

With Williams 11-yard touchdown run in the first half of Sunday’s game, he became just the fourth NFL player to score a touchdown in each of his first five NFL games per Fox Sports.

If Williams can continue to produce week in and week out he could potentially push McCoy for the starting role or at least garner some more playing time as the season goes on.
